A different starting point
Most charitable models manage the symptoms of poverty, again and again, indefinitely. Stop Global Poverty is designed around something different: permanent capital transfer, direct to communities, through Direct Community-Led Capital Trusts — so the people affected end up owning the productive capacity that supports them, not depending on the next round of aid.
This is a plan in active development, not yet a running programme.
Poverty's causes aren't only about missing capital — governance failure and corruption are named causes too. Alongside direct capital transfer, Stop Global Poverty is designed to run a second mechanism: Gathering and referring evidence of corruption to the international bodies that already have real power to act on it.
